26th September Workplace Evolutionaries meeting

Do you consider yourself a disruptive thinker in the workplace field?

For years we have complained at how rarely IT, HR and the physical space solutions are integrated.  Separate goals, budgets, visions of success, and even different ‘languages’ have served to prevent a coalescence of effort.  And this has stifled creativity, productivity, and produced disappointing outcomes.

But this is about more than space, technology and HR.  The boldness of the Workplace Evolutionaries vision imagines a coming together of everything from the CEO to the cleaner.

Workplace Evolutionaries is the group behind this effort to integrate.  The members are growing the conversation and practice of workplace strategy across the globe.  Their thought leaders and disruptive thinkers are building the widest-possible workplace arena under the umbrella of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

The net is being cast very wide.  This image scopes the challenge of today’s world of work where functionally and culturally varied disciplines (such as anthropologists, artificial intelligence and robotic professionals, behavioural scientists, CEOs, CFOs, data analysts, futurists, hospitality czars, neuroscientists, nutritionists, occupational psychologists and undoubtedly many more…. will increasingly contribute to the improvement of work and workplace outcomes.

Are you prepared to join the Workplace Evolutionaries community at the Smartworking Summit on the 26th September?
